Hourly Rates
We have a minimum charge of 1 hour on all jobs. thereafter work is charged in 15 minute increments. Rates are excluding materials and are subject to VAT at the standard rate.
Fixed Price
Our hourly rates cover most minor jobs from 1 to 4 hours. If the works are likely to exceed then a fixed price can be given if requested either verbally or by written quotation before work commences.
Price Promise
When you book a call with us, you are only committing to pay for 1 hour. You will receive a qualified and experienced engineer who is employed directly with us and will arrive in a fully stocked van with tools and equipment. Your problem will be resolved quickly and efficiently.You can book a company with lower hourly rate, but you may end up with someone who will charge you for the first hour and quote you a much greater figure to fix your problem. He may arrive in a car with no tools and equipment – have you seen Rogue Traders?
Payments
Some companies state they do not charge for the callout itself. However, they may include the cost of the callout in the final invoice anyway. We have always had an open and honest approach to the cost of our professional services therefore have compiled a price list with the guarantee of no hidden fees. Payment to be made in full at the end of each visit to our engineer. Payments accepted by credit/debit card or cash only (cheques no longer accepted) no hidden fees. Businesses and landlords can set up a credit account by completing an application.
